Refund & Returns Policy

RETURNS
You have 5 working days from receipt of the goods, to give notice to return your items. If 5 working days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the clothing tag still attached. Your item must be in the original packaging (where applicable). Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. For returns, please email us at [email protected] subject: RETURN with your order number. Also specify the reason for the return. For swop outs/exchanges, please email us at [email protected] subject: EXCHANGE with your order number.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, for example products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed (excluding the original shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Unfortunately no refunds are offered on sale items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
Sale items
Strictly no returns on any sale items.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost, then unfortunately no refund or return can be considered.
